Not a bad little shaker cup. Love having the storage. The only issue is i feel you really have to screw the lid on super tight otherwise it leaks around the rim

One of the best shaker, really unique, that for of grenade is something really authentic 

The compartment at the bottom is massive and can hold anything you need! Haven't needed the pill holder, but its still a really cool idea for those who may need it!

It's an OK shaker for protein shakes alone, but I use a full blender almost all the time.
