This is a high quality protein. It works as long as you are consistently working out. It has a great taste, mixes well in an electric blender when mixed with water. Chocolate, Strawberry flavors taste good. The vanilla flavor surprisingly tastes good as well. I appreciate when Muscle & Strength has it on the great sale prices that only they do, thank you!!!
