The bars had a pretty good flavor, but they were chewier/less soft than I had expected. Also, I didn't factor in the summer heat--the bars came totally melted. The bars have a fairly high fat profile (16 grams fat, 9 of which are saturated) and are fairly high in calories (almost 400), so they are better suited toward someone who is bulking, IMO.

These bars are very delicious, and the high protein content as compared to most brands is a definite selling point. it is a bit misleading that the ingredient list indicates 6grams of sugar, but sorbitol, a sugar alcohol, comes before it.

Bought these on a whim for my wife who works nights and can’t always sit down to eat. Love them for the convenience and the taste is better than most. Overall a good bar, just a bit expensive for buying them regularly.
