Love the French Vanilla flavor. Like all casien, it's very filling and slow digesting.

Optimum Nutrition Natural 100%Casein has a good, slightl hint of sweet taste. It doesn't taste like an amazing dessert like some other protein powders, but it allows you a chance to cut back on artificial sweeteners or sugar. Casein is a great slowly digested protein.

Flavor is nice, smells and taste like straight cocoa powder. If you a chocolate fan, this is definitely what you want.

Quality and Results: I am really satisfied with the quality and results while using this casein. It is a bit more expensive than the normal casein from Optimum Nutrition. However, it is naturally flavored, which makes it better than other artificially flavored proteins. Flavor: Chocolate Creme flavor tastes great.

Mixed well, not chunky, vanilla taste is good. I would just recommend mixing with almond Mille or milk rather than water

Fantastic taste! It is like drinking a milkshake when you mix it with milk. 

Optimum Nutrition Natural Casein is a great choice for a slow digesting protein. Especially helpful overnight and the taste is light with just a touch of sweetness. It tastes good , but not like a creamy , sweet shake or dessert if that is what you are looking for.

I buy optimum nutrition because I want quality, and this doesn't disappoint.

This has got to be the best casein protein on the market and the vanilla is delicious. You can taste the honey powder with the vanilla. This is the only casein protein I have found that is 100% casein like it says.

Great all natural product. Just not a fan of the French Vanilla. 

I use Optimum Nutrition casein protein mainly before bed for its slower digestion . The vanilla flavor is more of a hint of honey flavor than vanilla. Honey is listed in the ingredients.

Great taste and adds perfect thickness for protein ice cream. 

First casein I’ve used so can’t compare. Does not mix nearly as nicely as their whey. Taste when mixed with almond milk is unnoticeable. Tastes like thick milk with powder chunks.

I use right before going to sleep because it is a slow digesting protein to last overnight. For an all natural flavored protein the flavor is light with just a hint of sweet. But it doesn't taste like a creamy milkshake.

I had already bought other types of casein but since I bought the ON Casein 100% Natural I do not want another one, it works perfectly and the taste is authentic

This has really helped avoid some soreness when taken in the evening for me and my wife

The product is good, the taste was good even with water but the main disadvantage is contained 8 grams of carbs per scoop and usually, I drink 2 scoops at night (16gr of carbs) which is a very high content of carbs at night. Because of that, I'll never buy it again because I restrict carbs in evening

Very strange product. First of all the serving is huge. And you have to dilute it in a large amount of liquid. About 12-14 oz. And still it will be quite thick. So you can forget about mixing it with milk as drinking 14oz of a thick liquid at once is hard and also gives an immediate bloating effect. Mixing it with water makes it easier to drink but the taste which is barely bearable… read more will be even worse. But at least bloating is not that bad. Gaining effect is as always hard to measure. I have used this product first for one month along with low intensity trainings and then one month with a high intensity trainings. No gains spotted. Unfortunately this is an only naturally flavoured casein at M&S and I'm afraid at the market in general.
