FULL SPECTRUM AMINO ACID PROFILE
When you consume protein, your body breaks it down into its individual components: amino acids. These amino acids can be classified as essential or non-essential. The essential amino acids need to be consumed in the diet whereas the non-essential amino acids can be made in the body (from other amino acids).*
Of the essential amino acids, three are called branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), which include: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. How Do I Take Diesel?
DIESEL can be taken any time of the day (e.g., in the morning, as part of a meal-replacement shake, post-workout, as a midday snack, or when you need a protein fix). Simply mix one full scoop (30g) in 125ml (1/2 cup) of water or milk and watch DIESEL dissolve instantly.
How Much Protein Do I Need A Day
The Recommended Dietary Allowance for protein is 0.36 grams per pound of body weight a day for adults. This is a minimum requirement. Hard-training athletes require more. A general recommendation is to consume a gram of protein per pound of body weight a day. This requirement can go up to 1.2-1.5g per pound of body weight for athletes following a calorie-restricted diet.*

flavor is very good overall, mixes well,no chunks left unmixed. it's not a thick shake by any means, in fact only use the amount of water or milk told on the label. I use water not milk. I like that diesel is sweetened with stevia,not sucralose. I've tried many other protien powders,aqnd so happy I found this one.
