I like the taste and it does help my workout. I can't say I've noticed much weight loss but I'm also working on building muscle so maybe I'm not being fair to the product. It doesn't mix real well but I've found if I mix it, let it sit a few minutes and shake it again it mixes up. I will continue to use it.
