Solid protein. I love supporting Ronnie and he has a good overall product here. I really like that the label has full transparency. None of that “proprietary blend” crap here

I like that it shows how many grams are concentrate and isolate of each type of protein. It just tastes sweet not like the flavor. It mixes terrible though very clumpy.

This tastes good and mixes well with water, almond or coconut milk.

Is okay, you need to make sure it has enough liquid to powder ratio or your gonna have a bad time. It also gets grainy
