Good whey chocolate protein. Of the benefits, you can immediately highlight the high content of protein (26 grams, usually 20-23 grams), as well as plus 6.3 grams of BCAA, which is important for maintaining your muscles. Not a particularly high price. Of the minuses sugar. 2 grams per serving. Pretty good composition.

I  try more than one flavor each flavor beats the other.. the quality so high.

I love the watermelon explosion and the strawberry kiwi! This is my first time trying to lemon lime squeeze. I recommend these products every chance I get.

The flavor is good for a powder mix. It mixes very well and about 8 ozs of water per scoop tastes good to me. I have noticed that I recover much quicker and feel more energy quicker than others I have used. It does leave you with a bloated feeling.

I am a certified personal trainer and I started using this last summer when I started a more intense weight lifting and fitness plan. It definitely helped my performance with the right amount of BCAAs and the electrolyte blend to keep me hydrated. I felt better during and after my workouts.

Prefer the ON Orange Cooler. Blood Orange for some reason repeats on me.
