Mix 1 to 2 scoops of Six Star® Whey Isolate Plus with 6 to 12 oz of cold water or skim milk to taste. Take before and after workouts or between major meals. I wanted to add a little 100% whey isolate to my shakes after my workouts because i know it gets into my body the quickest. I like this one because of the price point and its all whey isolate, nothing else.
