Add 1 scoop of ZERO CARB ISOPRO to 5-6 oz. of cold water or milk, and shake or blend thoroughly for 30 seconds or until all powder is dissolved. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired texture and consistency.

Love the fact that it has no carbs, fat, and cholesterol. And it has 27 grams of protein. And I usually don't buy vanilla because I hate the taste but the vanilla is decent.
