I take creatine all the time so I’d say is really good for volume 

It's probably creatine, I do wish they had third party testing done so we knew for sure, but that isn't the standard. They do a lot of other certifications, which is good, I'm just surprised they don't third party test their product. Until that happens, they are just average and I have to trust that the label is accurate.

A good go to for your creatine needs. It's good for maintaining what your body needs to increase strength and muscle growth.

Love AllMax products, really have nothing bad to say. Pure pharmaceutical grade, I'm in.

Until that happens, as far as I am concerned they are just average and this is just a fall back for when my go-to brand, which is third-party tested, is out of stock.
