Mix 1 scoop of Animal Whey™ with 4-6 ounces of skim milk or your beverage of choice. For best results, use a blender or Animal Shaker Cup. On training days, use 2 or more servings post-workout or whenever more protein is required. For more flavor, use slightly less liquid when mixing up Animal Whey™.

Did not think I would like chocolate mint but the flavor is on point. I’ve had this product before for both competition and when bulking. The reason I keep coming back is because it works just as good as muscle tech and taste incredible.

Solid for the money. Doesn't hurt my stomach and the flavor is tolerable. Coming off of the BSN Syntha-6 for a long time and this is a solid switch up.
