Ingredients
Sunflower lecithin, Natural flavours, Erythritol, Citric acid, Stevia leaf extract.

As a dietary supplement, add 1 scoop (8.2 g) to a blender, shaker cup, or glass filled with 8 oz of cold water or your favorite beverage (vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired taste and sweetness level). Blend, shake or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is dissolved.

Do not use if seal is broken or missing. After opening, close lid tightly and store in a cool dry place away from direct light. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

I have used this product for years and loved it! The flavour is not too sweet, most BCAAs  are much too sweet for my liking but this one is perfect

So sorry, but i tried a lot of bcaa,,i mean alot of diffrent brand, this is by far my ,worst. The taste, its so chemically.its really bad.the mixability, it dosent disolve the way it supposed to, the color, not close to apple green,the packaging, its coming of the bottle dont know why no glue in it, the info, nothing says when to drink, and how much if yougonna doit before or after… read more or during, just1 scoop thats it. The ratio, 2:1:1. Thats what i can rate. So sorry but i didnt like it. I hope i can return it and exchange it, for something else.

Nice to have a natural flavored and sweetened BCAA options. Tastes pretty sweet in the 8 oz water so I do a whole 26oz to sip on for longer.

First time trying BCAAs and this isn't bad. I had to dilute mine by twice the rate they suggest. I do one scoop to 12-16oz water because it is so sweet. But maybe that is common for BCAAs. Hard to tell if it has been effective but an easy product to drink either way.
