It works wonders if you’re consistent with it but make sure to workout too (obviously) otherwise you’ll get fat! It tastes good and I saw myself gain about 5 pds in muscle which took about a couple months. My one and only favorite protein for sure. It def helps me since I also lack the ability to consume enough protein through out the day it’s exactly what I need.

If you don’t need all the calories and full serving just do half and it will double on servings as needed. Thats what I do.
