2 Resistance Bands

This set of two bands consists of two commonly used levels of resistance and a door anchor for home use. The set provides a Light/Grey: 20-30 LB and Strong/Pink: 25-60 LB band. These bands can be used alone for various exercises, or you can combine the resistance together & get many difference resistance levels for your workouts.
