Natural Flavors, Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate, Sucralose, Beet Root Powder (for color).

Mix 1 serving (1 Scoop) in 8-12 oz. of water (to taste). Stir or shake to dissolve. Take 10-20 minutes before workout or physical activity. Do not take more than once in 24 hour period.

Updating my review after taking this for 2 weeks now. This product gives a good initial energy boost and tastes good but I get nauseous every workout. I am working harder not to blow chunks, than I am working out.. Needless to say won't be using my second container and going back to my previous pre workout.
