not the best preworkout I've ever used but I really don't have any complaints. I don't feel a huge rush of energy like with other products but it still does its job. Mixes well.

Excellent American pre workout, one of the best in existence. I recommend and take it all the time, it's really worth it.

Incredible boost of energy, focus and performance from the 1st intake, I never before take pre-workout but this one, gave me that boost to increase performance, I recommend. I don’t  feel nothing in my hearts, just the sensation to do more. 

Just the right amount of caffeine and tastes great! You should give it a try!

doesnt dissolve as well as most of the other pre workouts, might be just old packaging or something. The taste is fine and for the price its a good value, I use it to off cycle off the much stronger pre workout i generally use.

Good pump and feel during workout - doesn't give the jitters but gives you a good boost before and during a workout.

Fruit punch and strawberry ice are definitely my top flavors from this!!  Definitely one of my top favorite pre-workouts!

Great pre workout for energy. Not overly caffeinated. Green apple is the best flavor 

New favorite flavor is green apple. Could be a bit more sour though.

Best pre workout on the market today. I like it a lot, I take it every day, I don't run out of it. I recommend these flavors.

Great taste, you will have to add a bit of creatine to your serving as 3g isn't quite enough. Comparable to other products in terms of effectiveness but I would prefer Assault because of the amazing flavours.

Gets me an extra rep or two on most lifts. I can tell the difference if I don’t have it preworkout

Works great to pump you up before the workout. Don't feel jittery or nearly as much of the skin/itchy feeling as some others.

Mixes very well. Great energy boost over the duration of my workout. Watermelon flavor is my favorite so far.

I give it a 3. Grainy and doesn't mix particularly well. Going back to C4 adap.

Solid product. Not my favorite pre-workout but I would definitely buy again.

This product is a great buy. Gives you great energy and helps to keep you pumped for a workout

I notice a difference if I dont take this prior to a workout. As with all supplements, read the ingredients, this one contains three grams of creatine so if you take creatine as a seperate supplement, you may want to cut back to where youre taking 5grams per day

Not bad at all but not so strong. Especially for those that their body already hot used to stim pre workouts.
