It really helps, but don´t take it with a yohimbre-product! I did, so another frend did, and a third has not. The frend who did not, had no problems. Me and the frend with the yohimbre-products needed to throw up several times, till we stopped the mixing and found out, what triggered that problem. Now it works just fine.
