Very surprised about solubility. Tested the clear water test myself and it turned me into a believer that Creatine Mono doesn't need to be chalky anymore. Worth the little extra on top to easily mix with your favorite liquid.

Says what it does. For the first time in 20 years I did an old school “loading Phase” (with grape juice of course,lol). Currently mix half a scoop in my pre and half a scoop in re-Kaged. I Only use for bulking (Since re and pre Kaged also have creatine HCL). Noticed no GI issues or bloated feeling. Recommend.
