These are calipers that measure body fat. They are made of plastic. They do exactly what they are supposed to do.

Nice easy kit to keep track of progress or telling me it's time to make an adjustment. Easy to use

Great product for a great price. Was surprised that it also came with a measuring tape

The tape measure is nice because it self retracts. The calipers work okay, I guess. The chart they have online doesn’t go below 15% body fat, so it’s not very useful in my opinion.

I purchased this kit in hopes of using body measurements & body-fat % as a "success" gauge rather than my bathroom scale. The caliper and tape work great, but learning how to accurately use them (especially the caliper) is another story. The video link isn't very helpful either. Muscle & Strength should reshoot their video using the same caliper & chart they are selling, and throw… read more in some professionals who take their time to teach others via the video! There are lots of other helpful videos out on YouTube, so if you don't mind searching for help, you can't beat a caliper at this price.

It's misleading that the instruction did not mention that women and men have different locations for measurement. the instruction in the package only has instruction for male

The caliper has very poor accuracy, not good. The measuring tape is fine.
