Prefer this formula to the other one from NOW Foods. This is only a 30-day formula versus the other one which is 45 days. It's a little bit pricier than that one but the amount of extra stuff you get in this one is worth the little bit more you will pay. Never too young as a man to start protecting your prostate.

If you can afford the extra couple of dollars it's definitely an upgrade from their other prostate formula. Few more things in it too. Worth the investment
