Truthfully, when I got Alpha Pump I took it first by itself and later with another product that has stimulants in it. Either way this is a solid pre workout that works every time you really want to turn on the pump.

Pretty solid pump from this product. There’s probably better pump boosters out there, but this is definitely better than a lot of other ones I’ve tried. Good flavor. Only downside is that it is a bit gritty and clumpy, and doesn’t mix really well.

Not a fan of the flavour and not very soluble mix. Having said that, I was sceptical after the first few doses regarding the efficacy but after a few sessions am very impressed. Will buy again but definitely a different flavour lolol
