What's in BCAA 6000?
Leucine:
Considered the most “anabolic” branched chain amino acid, Leucine is key in muscle protein synthesis (MPS) and many other metabolic functions. Leucine also prevents breakdown of muscle proteins after trauma or severe stress like high-intensity training.*
