Taste is a little bitter but manageable. Definitely not a show stopper. Gives a steady supply of energy for intraworkout or post workout recovery. Watermelon flavor was good. I'll it buy again for sure.

Great flavor ….. but doesn't mix as well as other products, tends to have a gummy or lumpy consistently. Taste of blue raspberry fairly good to better than most. I tend to prefer the fruity flavors over the off the wall ones. Does seem to help me with the recovery phase of my work outs. I'm not a hard core bodybuilder but have major health/medical issues to contend with and need… read more some help with my workouts.
