Nice and mixes well. The taste is good but not the best I have had.

Flavors are lackluster... Mixes well though so not all bad.

Tastes good and mixes well. Not chalky. I use it for an overnight protein. I'm not starving when I wake up. I like it.

Got this while on sale and was not disappointed. The flavor was ok for your average vanilla, but it mixed really well compared to other casein I've had.

I love this protein. It's proper micellar so really good quality. Tastes great, mixes well and fills me at night. Pity it's a bit pricey but will definitely be purchasing again.

I have only had a few nights under my belt on this one but as of now it’s great. I wake up feeling like I had a lean meal and am able to take my preworkout and hit the gym in the early a.m. I take it right before bed. It’s a little chalky but not bad. Definitely helps overnight recovery. 

Great taste! I bought the chocolate fudge and it’s pretty good. I wish there were more flavors available at the time of purchase but I could see myself purchasing this flavor and brand again.

Hands down the best casein ever, tastes great not like other caseins and works well in baking and as a pudding.

I love R1 casein. The flavors are great, and mix well. I do a shake every night before bed, for the long breakdown benefits of casein. I helps with my gains.

The taste is great... Mixes very well with oatmeal.

Overall, this is a good product. The powder is fine (texture wise)  but can clump and make it hard to shake with water in a shaker bottle, which is the nature of most casein protein but I’ve had a better experience with other casein powders, hence the 4 stars. The vanilla flavor is pretty good if you like vanilla. I’m personally not a huge fan of vanilla so I got sick of it… read more very quickly. I still have 5 stars for flavor because I think it is good but personally got tired of it and didn’t enjoy drinking it regularly. I’d definitely give R1 casein another shot but would try a different flavor. 

Mixed real well always good high quality product
