Spud Inc. Elbow Sleeve

This sleeves are excellent. The quality of the material is excellent in that it is comfortable against the skin, gives serious support to the elbow and great compression. I followed the sizing guide and wanted a snug fit but think it is more of a tight fit so if you want snug you may want to go up a size. They are definitely great still to use for lifting but I need to remove after… read more every couple of sets as the compression becomes too great as my arms get pumped from lifting. They are easy on and off so no issues to put them back on for my next set. If I had to order again I would size up or measure your arm with a pump after lifting instead of before lifting. Only other issue which is vey minor is that the inside tabs where the loops are sown in are kid of rough if against bare skin. Not an issue for me but some may find that an issue. Nothing you can really do to fix it.

They're tight...cut off circulation tight. Top of my biceps measure about 17" around for reference. Pull tabs are helpful getting on and off. They do seem to support heavy lifts and relieve elbow pain, but I get them off ASAP else my hands turns blue. Results may vary.

They're a bit tight, but kept my elbows supported and toasty warm. LOVE the loops for putting them on and adjusting, every sleeve needs these
