These wrist straps are easy to get around the bar and quickly secure to the bar so you are not out of breath just from wrapping your strap on the bar before your set. These straps are great for cleans, snatches, deadlifts, pull-ups - the list goes on and on... The straps come in yellow and fit around standard bars, deadlift bars, and most pull-up bars.
