Would not buy this again, hard to mix and didn’t see the result. ON regular creatine (the one with a black label) is better.

I think Creatine is crucial for “Bulking” I’ve definitely packed on a few pounds of healthy weight. nothing fancy about this product. I mix it in my pre-workout since there is no taste. This is not best monohydrate form of Creatine it will mix fairly but leaves a bit of sediment in the bottom of the cup. but it does perform it's job muscles are fuller and endurance is up. Good product overall
