Consume 1 serving (1 scoop) with 8 oz. of water, approximately 30 minutes before your game. For full effects and to turbocharge your boost, mix 2 servings (2 scoops) with 16 oz. of water. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily for general good health.

I tried the 2 serving sample packet twice using the full 2 servings each time to make sure my review was fair. The taste is bearable and definitely not something I would look forward to drinking. My mood was slightly enhanced not much energy. I would not purchase this product.

The flavor is not the greatest. Honestly it tastes like a sugary lime flavor. It felt like a normal energy drink. It does mix well and I tried the 2 serving sample in 14 ounces of cold water.

I took the entire 2 serving package and I loved it. The flavor was on point but the effects this had on my workout were what sold me on it. I had laser-like focus for the duration of my workout with plenty of energy without going overboard. I felt great. No jitters, just intensity.
