So I got this originally to take as a intraworkout drink. I really like the variety of the ingredients, you get exactly what you need for intraworkout. If this isn’t on sale I wouldn’t buy it though, it’s not worth 30$ for 24 servings because you need more then one scoop for it to even help as an intraworkout. The flavors for these are amazing and they mix instantly!!! I do a half scoop with my pre-workout then a full scoop mixed with my protein isolate after the workout.
