Contains Milk and Soy Lecithin. Manufactured on equipment which processes products containing milk, eggs, soybeans, whey, shellfish, fish oil, tree nuts, and peanut flavor.

Mix 4 scoops (1 serving) of MASS GAINER with 16-24 ounces of cold water and consume immediately upon mixing. For a thicker more flavorful shake mix with 16 ounces of water. For a thinner, milder flavored shake mix with 24 ounces of water.
