As a dietary supplement mix 2 scoops (20g) with 10-12 ounces of cold water and consume immediately after mixing. For more detailed usage please read below.

Loading Phase: As a dietary supplement, for those individuals just starting some form of the Ketogenic Diet (high fat/low carb diet) consume 2 servings of PX Ketoburn daily. Ideally the first serving (2 level scoops) should be taken prior to the first meal of the day. Consume the 2nd serving (2 level scoops) of PX Ketoburn 30 minutes prior to strenuous physical activity. If no physical activity is performed please consume 2nd serving prior to afternoon meal. Consume 2 servings of PX Ketoburn daily for 3 days during the loading phase. Upon completion of the loading phase OR if individuals are currently on some form of the Ketogenic Diet (high fat/low carb diet), continue using PX Ketoburn in the maintenance phase.*

Maintenance Phase: As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (2 level scoops) daily. Ideally the serving (2 level scoops) should be taken prior to the first meal of the day or prior to strenuous physical activity. Additional servings can be taken in-between meals throughout the day if needed.*

This product does exactly what it says it does and gets you into ketosis within the 3 days.  I love the Strawberry Cream and can highly recommend it for taste   I shop with this company and live in New Zealand , they ship within the same day and also tell you how much it is in NZ $ I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a good customer experience

Its great taste' and i can see results. I would recommend putting this in a shaker cup with no ice , but cold water because if you try to use a cup and spoon its a task to mix the powder.
