Take one serving (2 capsules) with an 8 oz. glass of water 30-45 minutes before breakfast, and/or lunch.

Morning: Take two (1-2) capsules with 8 ounces of water 30-45 minutes before breakfast.

Afternoon: Take two (1-2) capsules with 8 ounces of water 30-45 minutes before lunch.

Drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water per day while on this product. This product should not be taken within 6 hours before bed.

Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. This is Richards wife. I have been using this product for over a month now and I have lost 10 pounds more than my past month. I definitely think this works and I am going to keep using. I have had no side effects or mood changes/swings as I have read are sometimes caused by a fat burner. I wold recommend this to any women looking to shed a few more pounds quick.

I'm rating this product high because it does wonders for my energy levels and appetite control. I only take 2 a day around lunch time and I'm not hungry until the late evening, by then I'm not in the mood for a high fatty meal so I'm able to make better choices
