Makes me feel less hungry. I’m currently living life on a calorie deficit, so this product actually helps me with cutting, I take it after my first meal and after my last with L carnitine. Helps ALOT. And I’ve seen some progress in day loss too, not sure it’s because of my diet or this but i would say maybe it speeds it up, definitely would give it a go for a few weeks if… read more you haven’t tried it out yet.
