Mix 1 Scoop of Nitrosurge™ Shred with 8oz of water 30 minutes before your workout. For maximum results, mix 2 scoops with 16oz of water 30 minutes before working out.

Good test not that crazy energy it very pricey coz u need 2 scoop not one I thought is one scoop pre workout but if you need the full dose you have 2 take 2 scoop for me it not worth the price  I will buy it again if they reduce the price
