But I love this preworkout, it has everything you need from Creatine to beta alanine and the black pepper extract. Dosing is shown and not proprietary blends so you know what you're getting. This is currently my favorite pre-workout. Performance wise it reminds me of pre-kaged. I mix it with 1-2 scoops of pump powder. I can't wait to take this and go to the gym. Tons of energy.
