Love 7-keto, it’s become a staple in my supplement regimen. Basically 7-keto is dhea without the estrogenic effects if that’s what you want and this is added with “fat burning” ingredients, you’ll notice a difference in mood and you will lose weight around your lower stomach

Been using these only 2 weeks or so, have definitely lost fat and gained muscle. I feel like I did 5 years ago. I eat much smaller portions as I get full quickly. No heart palpitations, no hair loss, acne or any other of those affects. I do have wild dreams on them though, after doing some research this can be usual with antidepressant medication, which these have been compared… read more to. A little constipation though.I have more energy in general. Early days using 7 Keto but I feel good on them so far and I can feel my metabolism burning energy without jitters. As always, gauge yourself daily and have a day off it if you feel you need to.
