I take this pretty much continuously - there are regular BOGO and half-price sales and that's when I buy. Definitely helps me sleep better. Doesn't cut a lot of weight, but seriously - you're SLEEPING. Don't expect to wake up 15 pounds lighter.

It's worth buying for a good deal, it's got a good mixed bag of ingredients. Not sure about the weight loss tho

On 3rd bottle, so far no weight loss and it does not help with sleep either, I feel like these supplement companies are lying to us and using ingredients that are worthless.
