Have used this product for over a year on and off and it works great, really helps me get to sleep and stay asleep.

I notice it helping with my sleep. Do not notice any drag in the morning. I would give this 5 stars if it had more to help replenish or feed body to rebuild muscle.

Great to help promote deep sleep! One shot is enough but if you take two you might find it difficult to wake up in the morning! Deep sleep = better muscle recovery! Dream Berry tastes better IMO but Orange is also a good flavour!

Great to help with sleep. I only take one serving as two can knock you out and you might miss your morning work alarm lol! The deeper your sleep, the better the recovery!

I really like this product is good with the ZMA it has melatonin in it GABA I like how it puts me to sleep I wake up at first good for testosterone booster thanks to the ZMA

I was unsure about Crash at first caz I was already taking melotonin caps. However after going a week now on Crash, I must say my sleep is less restless at nights. I wake up less than before and even though I don't put all my faith in smart device numbers. My sleep monitor says my deep sleep time has increased.

The orange flavor seemed better than the berry flavor for me. Other than the flavor, it definitely puts me out, 2 shots of this before bed and I can sleep for hours, good stuff.

Only giving this 4 stars because I haven't been using it long enough to say otherwise.  So far, its helping me more than just melatonin tablets which can have the opposite effect.  

Helps dramatically with recovery and getting better sleep. Highly recommend

I feel like i can fall asleep easier. I use it when i know ill have not enough sleep that night and in the morning i dont feel as tired. I wouldnt use it every day so body doesnt get used to it.

Great product, nice deep relaxing sleep but you need 1.5 to 2 serves
