My advice to cut this 50mg tablet half and take it(25mg) daily and that's already over RDA% so 50mg is too over IMO, besides Zinc can be consumed from many food types and found in supplements too like multivitamins and protein. Didn't yet use this product but NOW brand products are mainly solid. I'll update my review after use.
