Ingredients
Citric Acid, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Soluble Dietary Fiber, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Sucralose, Calcium Ailicate, Silicon Dioxide, Acesulfame Potassium, FD&C Blue Lake #1.

Mix 1 scoop of Mr. Hyde® Signature with 8 oz of cold water. Consume 15 to 30 minutes before exercise. Do not consume Mr. Hyde® Signature within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take any other products that contain caffeine or any other stimulants while taking Mr. Hyde® Signature. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasional rapid heartbeat.

My son goes to the gym daily for a workout. He uses this as a preworkout boost. He loves it. He says it gives him more energy  . I noticed he had this when visiting so I just sent him 2 jars as a surprise.
