Great multivitamin. Take in consideration if you don't deal well with betalanine, you will feel tiggling in you body during the first hour or so (it's in the label). You're good with that, it's a good multivitamin.

I've taken orange triad and extreme sports multi and felt those for sure. Anavite doesn't feel up to par with those. Maybe it's me. Going to cycle off, cleanse and reload.

EXACTLY the same as Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Musclevite. Same packaging, same labeling, exact same ingredients and dosages. Pick whichever you can get the better deal on. Both are dosed for active adults, with large doses of B-12, and some "extras" like beta alanine etc. Good product.
