Out of the healthier vitamins I've tried, this is my favorite. I don't take a full serving because I feel like I get what I need out of only taking 2 tablets a day. They make me drink a lot of water and make your pee smell if I'm gonna be honest. They also definitely don't smell good at all (I usually hold my nose when I open the container) but I do feel like they work well. Love… read more that they have folate instead of folic acid which can be difficult to find in a good vitamin.

Got the caps for my girlfriend to help with living a healthier lifestyle. She hasnt noticed much diffence in energy or anything but the contents of this vitamin dont lie and even though you may not feel it, its still providing lots of vital nutrients. The profile looks great.
