B-100 Caps provide a full complement of B-vitamins plus choline and inositol. So I am the first one to review this product ? Anyways, I've never seen vitamin b complex with this much milligrams on each vitamin b, I'll give you an example In my country the most known and used pharmacy has 2 vitamin b complexes. The one that i was using has doses on the vitamin b all under 4mgs and here they're all 100mgs and the other one was with similar doses ofc the prices… read more are different but I'm talking about the dosages, I would recommend this product as I am using it.
