Bought the 1000IU 360 softgels bottle. Didn't use it yet as I'm still exposing my body to the sun daily for now. In BTW, my advice to not buy more than the "1000IU" dosage if you're healthy, no deficiency, and exposing your body to the sun from time to time. Anyways, that dosage is more than RDA daily %. NOW brand products are mainly solid. I'll update my review after use.
